生物体微弱磁场测定技术对心电图正常的体检人群三高所致心脏潜在危害的早期预警意义

    摘要 目的  探讨生物体微弱磁场测定技术(以下简称“微磁” ) 对心电图正常的体检人群在高血压、糖尿病和高血脂三种心脏主要危险因素作用下潜在心脏功能不良的早期预警意义。 方法  纳入2009年5-6月在解放军总医院健康体检中心进行了体检和微磁检测的受试者中心电图无明显异常者1534名,比较微磁、超声心动图、心肌酶学对各种三高人群心脏异常的阳性检出率;进而采用对应分析方法考察“微磁” 对心脏的预警层次是否与三高所致不同心脏潜在危害程度之间具有统计学上的对应关系。

结果:

    1 “微磁” 对心电图无明显异常的所有体检人群的心脏异常阳性检出率达到96.0%,远远高于超声心动图、心肌酶学的27.5%和6.9%;且对心脏异常的阳性检出率与超声心动图和心肌酶学一样随着三高严重程度加深而上升(P<0.05);

    2 心-经络和钾量化值的不同预警区间与三高所致不同心脏潜在危害人群之间具有密切联系 (P<0.05)。

结论 生物体微弱磁场测定技术对心电图正常的体检人群三高所致心脏潜在危害的预警具有高度灵敏性和相对客观性, 值得进一步追踪与研究。

    The Early Warning and Predict Significance of Organism Weak Magnetic Field Analytic Technology on the Potential Dysfunction of Heart from the Three Major Agent of the Hypertension, Diabetes and Hyperlipidemia in Physical Exam Groups with Normal ECG

Abstract  Objective  To explore the early warning and predict role of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology(below simply named as the “weak magnetic”)on the potential dysfunction of heart in physical exam groups with normal ECG under the condition of three major harmful agents of the hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Method  A total of 1534 individuals who received health examinations and “weak magnetic” tests in Healthy Science Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital in May-June 2009 without ECG significant changes were enrolled to be compared with the testing positive rate among the different test method of echocardiography, myocardium enzyme test and the “weak magnetic” for the dysfunction of heart in different groups with the hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Further statistical analysis were carried out to detect if it is with close correlation between the warning of the “weak magnetic” indexes and the different groups with the potential dysfunction of heart suffering from the hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Results 1 The testing positive rate of the “weak magnetic ” for the total physical exam groups with normal ECG is 96.0% which is significantly higher than 27.5% of the echocardiography & 6.9% of the myocardium enzyme. And the testing positive rate of the “weak magnetic ” is increased with the varying seriousness  of the three-high agent (P<0.05). 2 The different warning region of the Heart Meridian and the Potassium is of the close correlation with the different groups with the potential heart dysfunction according to the parallel seriousness of the three-high agent (P<0.05)。 Conclusion  The warning of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology on the potential dysfunction of heart from the hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia in physical exam groups with normal ECG is highly sensitive and relative objective worthy of further attention and research.
